Basic medication delivery is free; outlying islands and remote areas require an extra HK$120 surcharge.
- Basic areas (free delivery):Applies to the urban centres of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, where delivery vehicles can drive directly to near the destination building.
- Outlying islands and remote areas (HK$120 surcharge):Includes all outlying islands, some Hong Kong Island areas (such as Stanley, Repulse Bay), New Territories rural areas (such as Lam Tsuen, Kam Tin, Sha Tau Kok), and all village houses, private roads or addresses vehicles cannot reach directly.
Area classification and standard delivery service are handled by a third-party logistics provider; the definition of remote areas is based on the logistics system's quote.
